Hey, Gals! I’m about to tie the knot in a few weeks, and I wanted to share my pre-wedding detox routine with you. You don’t want all that junk food and alcohol from your bachelor party to catch up with you on your wedding day! Let’s start by getting ready for bed. To get an extra boost of energy, drink a cup of tea before bed. Chamomile tea is great because it has calming properties and will help you relax to fall asleep faster. Before going to sleep, wash off any makeup or dirt from the day with water only. Do not use soap. The following day when you wake up, drink another glass of water.

Eat healthy foods: It is important to avoid eating too many processed foods to give your body optimal energy and strength on such an important day. Instead, try eating lean proteins like chicken and fish with lots of fresh vegetables.
